Car Dealership – Stress Free Shopping

Everytime I intend to buy a new car, the first thing I do is to make sure that I\’ve done my homework. Around a month before committing the deal and buying that new car, I start it off with looking at cars. Usually I go to one dealer and determine what I look for in my car. I\’m straight forward with the dealer telling him that I\’m only looking. I\’m not at all ready to buy that car at this point and so I wont lead the dealer on to get his hopes up. Also you can look through the newspaper to get a picture of bargains car dealerships are offering. The main part of the time, they offer a limited amount for a particular car. I\’ve never been in the position of being able to buy that car listed, ( it is already sold out, but ofcourse there is another same one for a few thousend dollars more ). And always be careful if the dealer is offering you a guaranteed trade-in amount no matter what the conditions of your trade look like at that moment. If you\’ll be laid back and not careful at this point, you could be paying for that mistake.

Important is that I am a very busy person and I really don\’t have time to be sitting around in that dealership. I have an awesome credit rating, so I don\’t really need them but they need me. The action plan I created for buying a new car is: 1. First you should find the make and model with all the options you want to be included. 2. Then a good thing is to choose three or four competing dealerships. 3. After that I take my business to the car dealership with serial number of the car I want to buy on the back of it. I hand it to the sales manager and tell him that I\’m having 3 or 4 other bids. And I\’d like a price back till tommorow. I don\’t spend my time with him telling him that I am very busy. I am the one buying the car, remember that, I decide how I want to do business. The last deal I made buying a new mercedes, I saved 2000.00 and I only like 3 hours effective time. The Last 4 cars I bought, I did it this way. Now I\’m having only the dealership winning most of the bids. Why? Because they realized I mean what I say and that I really want the lowest price.
